Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms below

The Artist

  • Have the rights to the commission

  • Have the right to decline commissions

  • Do not take credit for the ownership of the character featured in the commission

The Client

  • Commissions are for personal use only (if ever the commission is for commercial use, extra charges will be applied)

  • Can share the commission to social platforms with credit to the artist (@YataChing or link to my public profile).

  • Do not use any part of the commission, or artwork from my gallery for non-fungible tokens (NFT) and AI image generators. In addition, the use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI programs, or future inventions of the subject is strictly prohibited.

Payment

  • 100% upfront payment via PayPal

  • Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

Process

  1. Consultation | Direct message the artist on Twitter/Discord for details of the commission (including the price, deadline, etc.)

  2. Confirm the commission | Both the artist and the client agreed to the commission and its finalized price

  3. Payment | The client shall pay the upfront 100% commission fee and notify the artist of the payment record

  4. Sketch | The artist will begin drawing and present a free-of-charge sketch for the client to confirm

  5. Work in progress | The artist will take around 1-2 weeks to complete the commission (if the artist requires more time to complete the commission, they will let the client know)

  6. Revision | (optional) If the client wishes to amend any part of the completed commission, an extra charge might be applied

  7. Submission | The artist will share a Google Drive link with the client. Commission is now complete :)
